
From art, drama and music to nature, science and athletics, the University of Saskatchewan offers a wide range of educational fun under the sun for kids of all ages! From campus activities to field trips, your kids will get plenty of fresh air and exercise as they make new friends in our hands-on, creative learning environments. Our camp leaders are qualified instructors - with many of them being former kids' camps participants themselves.
The Aspiring Young Artists Camps for Kids are age appropriate week-long day-camps designed to provide children who love arts activities with a safe, fun, exciting and creative atmosphere in which to enjoy their school break. Students will learn techniques in drawing, painting, printmaking, mixed media, and sculpture. Daily outdoor time is a component of this flexible schedule.
Children 8 to 12 years participate in a rich program of daily field trips and nature study in and around Saskatoon. Kids will visit scientists and study rocks, fossils, plants, insects, fish, amphibians, reptiles, birds, mammals and Saskatchewan Endangered Species, and then undertake environmentally friendly projects to help them! Choose a regular ecology camp or a more focussed theme week, excellent for the returning camper. Camp size is limited to 13 campers and 2 instructors. Travel to off-campus sites is via 15-passenger van.

Come and explore the ancient world–from the Near East to Egypt, from Greece to Rome, from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. Children ages 6 to 13 will participate in week-long, full-day camps filled with games, crafts, tours, and activities that bring the past to life!
